- 1 / 5By Tony JIt would be nice if they understood the English language. At the drive thru I ordered 1 hot and 1 iced latte with turbo shot and two 10 count munchkins jelly filled and custard filled.
I was given 2 iced lattes because " that's what you said." Ok I'll take them, which one has the turbo? Ummm the darker one.
Both the same color. Whatever,
1/2mile down the road notice munchkins are chocolate and glazed.
Go back, "we don't have filled kind"
Sooo... just throw something in a bag and charge money for it as if it's what your customer ordered? Wow now I understand the need for $15 per hr. Min. Wage.
